What does one credit unlock?

One credit unlocks one new record. Search and preview first, then choose which recovered records to buy. Purchased records are not charged again.

Do credits expire or renew automatically?

Credits expire 365 days after issuance. You can buy additional packages; each keeps its own expiry date. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Credit expiry does not remove purchased access.

Does a package guarantee recovery?

No. Packages provide unlock credits, not a recovery guarantee. Only archived content that can be recovered is available. Review the preview and missing-media notices before purchasing; missing text or media may not be recoverable.

Do downloads cost extra?

No credits are charged to export purchased records or download again. Export links are temporary and can be regenerated from your purchased library. Purchased access does not promise indefinite media storage; save important files locally.
