Original text · Traceable sources · Coverage varies

SOME WORDS ARE WORTH KEEPING.

A missing link need not be the end. Find the record. Keep its source.

We search existing public archives. We do not generate missing content.

PREVIEW FIRST. KEEP WHAT MATTERS.

Find it first. Then decide what to keep.

Search and preview for free. Credits are only used when you confirm an unlock.

See what is available

Text and media availability are shown separately. Read and export purchased records again without another unlock.

Know the limits

Content not saved in a public archive may be unavailable. Recovered text does not guarantee recovered images or video.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

A few answers before you start.

Can you recover every deleted tweet?

No. A public archive needs to have saved the tweet before it disappeared. Coverage varies by account and date, and some records are incomplete. We don't promise that every search will find a result.

Can I search with a username instead of a post link?

Yes. Enter an X username to search related public archives, or a specific post link if you have one. Recoverability depends on existing archive coverage.

How long does a search take?

Some searches may take over 30 minutes, depending on the account and available archives. You can leave the page and return to check progress. Available results appear as the search continues.

When do I use a credit?

Searching and previewing are free. One credit is used when you confirm unlocking one recovered tweet. Purchased records can be read online and exported without buying them again.

Will images and videos be included?

Only media that can be recovered is included. A tweet's text may be available even when its images or videos aren't. Missing media is marked before you confirm an unlock.

Does “deleted” always mean the author deleted it?

Not necessarily. The current check uses the platform’s public embed response to classify availability. Other reasons for unavailability cannot all be ruled out; the last check time is shown with the record.
